Personal Data We Process

Impacture B.V. records data relating to visitors of your website, usually at the company level. However, if you are a customer using a login, this may also be at the personal level. This data can be enriched using your back-end (e.g., CRM system) or with information from third parties (e.g., company information linked to an IP address) to generate meaningful reports. You always maintain oversight of, and direct access to, the information we record. You have 24/7 ability to delete data yourself. Impacture never shares your information, or that of your customers, with third parties without your explicit consent.

Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data

Impacture B.V. records data relating to visitors of your website, usually at the company level. However, if you are a customer using a login, this may also be at the personal level. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at contact@impacture.ai and we will delete this information.

How Long We Retain Personal Data

Impacture retains your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

Impacture only provides data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. Impacture never shares your information, or that of your customers, with third parties without your explicit consent.

Viewing, Modifying, or Deleting Data

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Impacture B.V., and you have the right to data portability. This means you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice. You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to contact@impacture.ai. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Impacture B.V. would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
